Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

 

Unfortunately we cannot ship to addresses within the European Union. Due to changes with Brexit, it is too cost prohibitive for a business of our size to ship to the EU anymore. Digital products are still available in the EU.

Paper Sewing Patterns.

We aim to get all orders packed and shipped within 3 working days. Orders received after 11am on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We post orders using Royal Mail first class to UK customers and Royal Mail Airmail to overseas customers.

UK and Northern Ireland Only: £3.70 delivery takes 3—4 working days
North America and Canada: £15.50 for 1 pattern, £21.50 for 2 or more patterns. Delivery takes 12—15 working days .
Australia, New Zealand / Rest of world: £19.00 for 1 pattern £24.00 for 2 patterns or more. Delivery takes 15—20 working days.

If your country has import taxes, customs charges, or border fees, these are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

If you pay with a PayPal account, your order will be sent to the same delivery address linked to your PayPal account – so please check it’s up-to-date before ordering. 

Please note that unfortunately we cannot send orders to PO Boxes or Packing stations because the rate of return is so high, please use an alternative address.

PDF sewing patterns.
Delivery of PDF patterns is instant. Once you have purchased a pattern you will be sent two emails to the email address associated with your order. The first email is an order confirmation/receipt, the second email contains a unique link to download your pattern and the associated instructions/guide book. Click on the link to download and save the files to your hard drive (or storage device) for safe-keeping

PACKAGING

Our sewing patterns are sent out in FSC certified Padded Jiffy Bags. These high quality, 90gsm Kraft macerated paper envelopes are innovatively designed to trap air, to provide effective cushioning for items placed within. Puncture and tear resistant to ensure maximum durability and damage-free goods. Manufactured from paper, they are compostable and are made from approx 65% recycled paper.They are strong enough to be re-used, so please keep your bag and re-use it before recycling it. 

RETURNS

You are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase providing items have been purchased at full price, patterns are un-opened in original packaging and in perfect condition.

We will pay the cost of returns if the products are faulty. If you are choosing to return your item due to change of mind, then you are responsible for postage. The item/s you wish to return must be posted back to us using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post. Refunds on the return postage cannot be made unless the item is faulty.

Due to the nature of digital files we do not accept returns on our PDF patterns or products. If you have downloaded any parts of the pattern (e.g. by clicking on the link), the right to return is void even if you haven’t opened the downloaded files.
